NOTE: Uniforms ARE Mandatory
Student Dress Code – Board Rule 6GX13-5C1.031
Students are expected to come to school with proper attention having been given to personal cleanliness, grooming, and neatness of dress. Students whose personal attire or grooming distracts the attention of other students or teachers from their school work shall be required to make the necessary alterations to such attire or grooming before entering the classroom will be addressed.
MAST @ Homestead is a mandatory uniform school. Students are required to wear the designated color shirts with the school’s emblem specific to their academy. Non-compliance with the School Uniform Policy and/or any violation of the Student Dress Code will result in administrative action. The dress code applies to ALL students during school hours and all school-sponsored activities.
Academy Uniforms:
- IMED – Black
- Biomedical – Red
- Pharmaceutical Sciences – White
- Physical Therapy – Blue
Freshmen and Sophomore Students
- All freshmen and sophomore students will wear Navy Blue or Khaki/Beige pants.
- Biomedical – Red Polo with embroidered logo
- Pharmaceutical – White Polo with embroidered logo
- Physical Therapy – Blue Polo with embroidered logo
- IMED – Black Polo with embroidered logo
- Sneakers or any closed toe shoe
- Sandals, flip flops, open toe shoes, jeans and shorts are not permitted
FRIDAYS ONLY:
School approved spirit-wear or t-shirt such as club shirts (Spirit-Wear is defined as clothing which has been pre-approved by MAST@Homestead’s Student Activities and is related to school activities, organizations, clubs, or athletic teams and have not been altered in any way). Students may wear blue or black jeans ONLY with no embellishments, patches or holes.
Juniors and Senior Students
- Navy blue traditional scrubs with the MAST@Homestead embroidered logo
- Crocs with socks (back tie must be in place at all times)
FRIDAYS ONLY:

Outerwear or Winter Wear
- MAST @ Homestead’s sweater or sweatshirt with approved school logo. Solid color sweatshirt, sweater, and/or jacket may be worn over uniform shirts or scrubs.
- Outerwear may not have embellishments, embroidery, patches, holes or company logos other than MAST @ Homestead logos or patches.
- Approved Outerwear colors are White, Red, Blue, Black, and Grey.
Items Not Permitted
- No brand names/designer polos showing logos (Polo, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Hollister, etc.)
- Caps, hats, headwear or hoods
- No leggings, athletic wear, denim, pajama pants, etc
- Written messages, pictures, or symbols which relate to drugs, smoking, alcohol, sex, profanity, or gangs
