The iMed Medical Academy offers a sequence of courses that provide coherent and rigorous content, aligned with challenging academic standards to prepare potential pre-med students for advanced post-secondary coursework.
iMed students are offered a solid grounding in anatomy and physiology, biology, chemistry and physics, along with opportunities to shadow and work alongside medical professionals at local medical schools as well as hospitals which may include Homestead Baptist Hospital and Larkin Community Hospital. By infusing technology with clinical research courses, iMed students will graduate fully prepared for the coursework of a pre-medicine scholar.
